Sir,
  I have received the above show cause notice on 0...03.2015 by which I have been directed to submit my reply within 15 days. With due respect it is submitted that I have been given the copy of only show cause notice without attaching the FSL report etc. Before filing proper reply I am in need of some documents which are necessary and relevant for preparing my reply to the above show cause notice.

Kindly supply me the attested copies of following documents which are necessary and relevant for preparing my reply to the above show cause notice:-

1. Attested photocopy of OMR Sheet.
2. Attested photocopy of Application Form for
    STET.
3. Attested photocopy of Sheets on which my
    sample thumb impressions have now been
    taken for verification.
4. Attested photocopy of FSL Report.
5. Attested photocopy of Application Form for
    the post of JBT.
6. Attested photocopy of proceedings/orders
    passed by Directorate while dealing with
    my case.
7. Attested photocopy of proceedings/orders
    passed by your good office while dealing
    with my case.
8. Any notice issued to me for initiation of
    verification proceedings before issuance of
    the subject cited show cause notice.

  Kindly supply me the above mentioned documents as early as possible, so that I can submit my reply to the above mentioned Show Cause Notice within further period of 15 days from the date of receipt of above documents. It is humbly requested that the proceedings in the above Show Cause Notice may kindly be kept in abeyance till the necessary documents are supplied to me.

I shall be highly obliged.
